Originally from the Twin Cities, Dekontee spent 10 years living in New York, Ohio, and Florida. During that time he graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He came back to the Twin Cities in 2009 because home is where the heart is. Music has always been a significant part of his everyday life. Dekontee has been DJing professionally since 2011. Known for his great mixing ability, he has worked not only weddings but also night clubs.
Aside from DJing, Dekontee is family focused and works as an Office Manager for a Minneapolis Public School. When he has free time, he enjoys running outside, working out, attending live events and listening to old and new music.
He is a big Minnesota sports advocate and follows all of the Twin Cities major sports teams.
